Experts Meeting
BIRA coordinates Experts Meetings bringing together industry authorities on different building science and building market topics aimed at coordination and research planning. BIRA works with the DOE and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory to determine appropriate topics that address Building America program needs and ensures a successful progression toward net Zero Energy Homes by 2020. The information gained at these meetings is shared through reports and presentations which offer an insight into the future of energy-efficient home building.
Partners Meeting
Each year BIRA invites its partners to an annual Partners Meeting to discuss the past year’s research activities and determine future research needs. BIRA and its partners are also able to present the most important research findings from the previous year. This meeting provides an excellent forum for BIRA partners to network and share industry knowledge.
